A voluntary Board of Management oversees the executive functions of the organisation. The organisation consists of highly motivated and qualified staff members who are here to assist you. Our head office is based in Tamworth.

We also have an office in Gunnedah and provide a mobile service to outlying areas in the region.

• Provide quality information to participants and promptly act on feedback and complaints.
• Identify participants strengths and interests and provide appropriate services through our Personal Helpers and Mentors Service (PHaMs) and Disability  Employment Service (DES) programmes.
• Assist participants to reach their individual goals.
